If you've ever had any communication with Clayborne, you likely recognize the name of our manager, Kyle O'Donnell (even if you've never seen him in person). He joined our team after a year in the Trinity Fellows Program here in Charlottesville, before which he attended UVA, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelors in History and Foreign Affairs. While in college he was accepted as an Honors Fellow with the Intercollegiate Studies Institute and joined Chi Alpha Fellowship. Outside the office, Kyle remains involved in Trinity's teen ministry, and enjoys fitness, football, board games, and Charlottesville's breweries.
Test Prep Coordinator Scott Webster began working for Clayborne in 2012. Having worked in the IT industry for a few years as a Software Quality Analyst, he decided to take a leap of faith and pursue his true passion as a teacher. Bringing his experience in product quality assurance and in SAT/ACT tutoring to bear, he now manages client/tutor interactions and ensures that Clayborne families realize their academic goals. He continues to tutor SAT and ACT even as he manages clients, students, and tutors . In his free time he enjoys reading classics, chucking the disc, planning out his garden, and going on adventures with his wife and adorable little girl.
College Counseling and Academic Coordinator Christianna Andrews has worked with Clayborne as a tutor and administrator since 2013. Prior to her tenure with Clayborne, Christianna worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator with the University of Virginia, and as an Academic Counselor with Carroll County Public Schools and Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth. She is excited to develop Clayborne's College Counseling program, which marries her love of education and college planning to help students discover and engage their interests inside and outside of the classroom. She has served as an Academic Tutor with West Middle School, Baltimore City Public Schools, and Susquehanna Township School District. Christianna holds a B.S. in English and Psychology from James Madison University, a M.Ed. in Secondary School Counseling from the Pennsylvania State University, and a M.Sc. in the History of Art from the University of Edinburgh. In her spare time, Christianna enjoys hiking, slowly jogging, and staying up-to-date on pop culture trivia. Yumeca Webb-Jordan is the AVID coordinator, Senior Advisor and Sports Marketing teacher at Charlottesville High School. She holds a B.A. in Fashion Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University and a M.Ed. from Liberty University. She has a passion for working with high school students to develop and implement a plan for post-secondary education. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
